North Jersey Wedding Venue | A Day with Jenny and Charles

The wedding of Jenny and Charles was one for the ages.  It all took place at a north jersey wedding venue I have never worked at.  If you are a couple shopping around for a north jersey wedding venue, Macalusos is worth considering.  I found the staff to be very friendly and the food was excellent.  

Now on to the wedding day.  I have been photographing weddings for 11 years now, and Charles was by far one of the most enthusiastic grooms I have ever had the pleasure to work with.  He had lot of fun groom activities planned out, including a football themed intro for each groomsmen.  After the getting ready stage, they had their first look, which as you can imagine, very emotional.  Now as many wedding timesline go, this one ran late.  We had less time for portraits than planned, but that’s ok.  As NJ wedding photographers we can always make I work. 

The ceremony also took place on the grounds of Macalusos.  It was also filled with some extracurricular activities, inspired by the Kill Bill movies.  It too was filled with some emotion. Once the ceremony ended, the party started.  This wedding reception was killer.  The music for one, was very UN-wedding like.  From 90s hip hop to nirvana.  As a kid of the 80s and 90s, I loved it.  Besides the music however, we had the fortune of photographing some amazing moments here.  While the toasts became emotional, the dancing was off the hook.  I’m always happy to see my couples and their wedding party have an absolute blast at their wedding reception.  Like many north jersey wedding venues, this one provided a great atmosphere for a great time.  Posh Djs provided the entertainment, and those guys always do a great job.  My staff and I had a great time photographing this amazing wedding day.  I hope everyone enjoys the photos!
